aurum proptech to buy 49% stake in integro asset managementNew Delhi, Oct 31 (PTI) Software company Aurum Proptech (formerly Majesco Ltd.) will buy 49 per cent stake in Integro Asset Management for Rs 25 crore.
The Board of Directors of the company has approved the purchase of 49 per cent stake in Integro Asset Management Pvt Ltd on fully paid-up equity share capital, Aurum Proptech Ltd said in a stock exchange on Sunday.
The company said the time period for completion of the acquisition is till March 2022.
