SuperGaming, a Singapore headquartered company, and operating out of Pune, will use the funds to expand its team to over 200 within a year from 120 currently. In 2019, in a seed round, SuperGaming first raised $1.3 million from Dream Incubator, AET Fund (Akatsuki) and Better Capital.
LegaLogic was the sole legal counsel for Super Gaming and advised on deal structuring, due diligence, drafting, negotiation and finalization of deal documentation and assistance in closure. Sakshi Kalra and Chinmay Bilgi worked on this deal with Vikas Agarwal.
